awareness

So I am aware of God's awesome power and His infinite wisdom but today I'm struggling with leaving the worries and discouraging thoughts out of my head.  My opponent tells me some bad stuff and not listening to it is pretty hard considering it is constant.  Today I'm thankful for the resilience God has granted me.  I'm so ready for the future and what He has in store for me.  

Beautiful part of my day:

I was watching a show on TV that was discussing the obesity problem in America's children and I noticed how much better my situation was than a lot of parents out there.  It brought sadness into my heart to see the struggle by some of these single mothers faces because they looked like I feel.  Then I quickly felt ashamed yet thankful that my situation, while not the best, is not so bad either.  My heart goes out to all of the parents in the world who struggle unselfishly to meet the needs of their children in this crazy world.
